Order Cancellation

If for any reason you need to cancel your order before it is shipped, please contact us at 1-888-326-7890 or 1-219-326-7890 . A representative will check to be sure that the order has not shipped, and will request a written cancellation from you. We will only accept email or fax order cancellations.

If you have already received your order, and need to return it for any reason other than freight damage, please contact us at 1-888-326-7890 or 1-219-326-7890. A representative will provide a Return Authorization Number, and instruct you to make arrangements with a carrier for the return shipment. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping. The product must be returned on the skid that it was shipped on, and in the same condition that it was received.
There will be a 25% re-stocking fee for all cancelled orders and returned items.

Cancellation Policy

Contracts are not subject to cancellation by the Purchaser except with Seller's prior written agreement and after full payment by Purchaser of Seller's cancellation charges which shall be equal to all amounts incurred by Seller for materials, labor and overhead in respect of the canceled goods plus reasonable contract profits.

Shipping Damage

Immediately upon receipt of your order, inspect all product(s) carefully for damage.

DO NOT sign for the delivery until all product(s) have been thoroughly inspected. If any damage is discovered, refuse to accept the damaged item.

The carrier will notify SECURALL® Safety Storage Equipment, and we will ship a replacement out as soon as possible.
