Order Cancellation
If for any reason you need to cancel your order before it is shipped, please contact us at 1-888-326-7890 or 1-219-326-7890 . A representative will check to be sure that the order has not shipped, and will request a written cancellation from you. We will only accept email or fax order cancellations.

If you have already received your order, and need to return it for any reason other than freight damage, please contact us at 1-888-326-7890 or 1-219-326-7890. A representative will provide a Return Authorization Number, and instruct you to make arrangements with a carrier for the return shipment. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping. The product must be returned on the skid that it was shipped on, and in the same condition that it was received.
There will be a 25% re-stocking fee for all cancelled orders and returned items.

Shipping Damage
Immediately upon receipt of your cabinet(s), inspect carefully for damage.

DO NOT sign for the delivery until the cabinets have been thoroughly inspected. If any damage is discovered, refuse to accept the damaged item.

The carrier will notify Securall Safety Storage Equipment, and we will ship a replacement out as soon as possible.
